This nationally recognised unit of competency provides aesthetic professionals with the essential knowledge and skills to maintain infection prevention in all areas associated with dermal and cosmetic injectable procedures. Learning focuses on current state or territory hygiene regulations and the key principles of infection prevention in a cosmetic medical context.

Intermediate to Advanced  (For those experienced in the aesthetics field).

RTO ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

None, however this course is most suited for those working in a dermal and/or health setting.

COURSE DURATION AND STUDY LOAD

4 weeks – requiring approximately 2-3 hours of study per week.

Online via lectures with a workbook and exam.

Additional 5 hours of practical required to attend in any one of the Aspire Training Clinics in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney or Gold Coast.

PRAC exceeded my expectations! I learnt so so much! Claire , Natalie and Maria are exceptional in their fields! Honestly such a highlight for me undergoing dermal therapy at AACDS! I have learnt such an array under such amazing mentors! Really enjoyed every aspect of study and especially PRAC. I would highly recommend to anyone! The support, education and development are at the highest level! It's been a huge journey and I wouldn't do it anywhere else!!
