The AACDS Graduate Diploma of Dermal Science has been developed for individuals with a beauty or allied health background and are looking to develop the skills to work as a qualified dermal therapist in a cosmetic medical practice, or clinic, or expand the services they offer in their existing business.
The curriculum provides graduates with the knowledge and hands-on skills to perform a range of safe and effective dermal therapies, including patient consultation and assessment, dermatoscopy, laser and light-based therapies, epidermal resurfacing procedures, skin/micro-needling, and holistic patient care involving the integration of gut health and dermatology.
